Have You, Ever Wondered, If The Storm, Will Ever Pass?
Who can relate to this? What does this photo and saying, mean to you? To me, it means, that we will all have difficulties in our lives and for us all to make the best of things. Life is not easy at times but do not give up. Realize that things have a way of working out. It may not be the way, you want things to work out, but things have a way of working themselves out, most of the time. Have you ever had any circumstances in your life, where you were going through trials and difficulties and the storm, never passed? Sooner or later, storms pass. They may not be when you want them to pass, but they pass, sooner or later. We all have difficulties in life and we all go through difficult times. Do not let anyone tell you any differently. Even the people in your life, who seem to have their act together, go through difficult times. In other words, no matter what may happen in your life, just continue moving forward and do the very best you can, on a daily basis. Do we all make mistakes? Absolutely. Do we all learn? Some learn quicker than others. Why do the same problems continue to reoccur? Perhaps, this is life teaching us that we did not learn enough and that we need to go through the same thing again. I know, I can relate to this. I learned that being bedridden, was a feeling of helplessness but I survived it. Not, once. Not twice but three times. I have learned to keep moving forward in life and work on relationships and learn from my mistakes or not only to forgive myself but be forgiving to others. So, how do we deal with difficult times? Be part of a support group or call others, who care about you. Be part of social platforms and talk about things with others. Let others know that you care about them. Pick up the phone and reach out to others and just let others know, that you are thinking of him or her. I do this, quite often. I call others and leave a message and just let them know, I am thinking about him or her and let them know, that he or she is in my prayers. You see, even though you may not get a callback, this means so much to others, that you are showing you care. Send a card, send flowers. Just let others know that you have him or her in your thoughts, during this difficult time of hardship and that the storm will pass. Whether you get a callback or not, you are still letting others know, you are thinking about him or her. That is most important. All of us have storms in our life, that we go through or experience. Sometimes we just need to play in the rain and enjoy the rain and realize all storms will pass, in time. Another thing, I could be doing more of is playing in the rain and on Active Rain more and writing helpful articles to motivate and inspire others during our unusual days and unusual times. Maybe you are not encountering any storms in your life now. Maybe, you have had to deal with storms in the past. Just know this, sooner or later, we will all experience storms in our life. I remember there is a time to cry, a time to laugh, a time to rejoice, a time to learn. A time to forgive and so much more. Try not to worry. Most of the things we worry about do not materialize or come to fruition. In your times of worry and hardship, try not to make major decisions in your life, that could impact your life. Ever heard the saying, Haste, makes waste. Do not be too hasty in your decision-making. Do not make decisions when you are emotional either. I have learned to ride the waves as they approach. Even if that means riding one wave, after another. Look at the surfer. He or she waits on the perfect wave to ride in. He or she waits on the wave, that looks great. Look at the ocean. You see the waves coming into shore. You see those waves continuing to come and crash onto the shore. Sooner or later, those waves will stop. Those waves will cease to be waves and be really calm. In closing, I want to add one last thing. Learn from your challenges and struggles and your mistakes and keep playing in the rain and continue with life. Sometimes, life is very messy. Sometimes, we do not get our way but learn from it and grow from it. We all choose to grow or not grow. This choice is ours. Learn or not learn.I also want to thank Active Rain, for such a great platform to share our stories and photos with as well as help inspire and motivate, one another, as well as help, educate one another on what we do and offer and what is for sale for properties and services.
