What Is The Value of A Home, Having Gutters?

How many homes or buildings have you seen, that do not have gutters? I see so many buildings and homes that do not have gutters. This is not good. The purpose of gutters is to divert the water from the roof and channel the water from the roof to downspouts and get the water away from the foundation of the home. We do not want to have water dropping to the foundation of any home or building. Homes without gutters and downspouts create water damage that drops to the foundation of the building and this can create water damage issues to the foundation of the home as well as attract Termites as well as create Mold Removal issues that you do not want or need. Both of these issues cost money to correct. Another thing that homes that do not have gutters create are soil erosion to the yard.

What is the purpose of gutters? The purpose of gutters is to divert the water away from the home with downspouts and also add downspout extensions. The farther that you can get the water away from the home, the better off you will be.

Why do some homes or buildings not have gutters? Some people think by not having gutters that it will save them money. Well, it does initially save you money but not long term. Long term, it can and does create so many issues.

Do people not see or understand the value of having gutters and if not, why do they not see the importance of having gutters, attached to buildings? When you think of gutters, think of a vessel that moves water away from the roof and onto a channel that diverts water away to down spouts to get the water away from the building, as quickly as possible.

Should Basement Water Damage Or Mold Concern Anyone?

What kind of issues, do you see from the attached and above photo?

Do you see Water Intrusion Issues? Do you see Water Damage that has continued, to enter the basement? Correct the outside of the home from water issues and then I would suggest sealing the basement walls and floor. Of course, before you do any sealing of walls and floors, make sure you clean, before you seal anything.

Do you see Water Heater Issues? The water heater, from the photo, has either not been maintained or it is very old. How water heaters need to be drained and flushed, at least once a year. Make sure you turn off the power to the hot water heater first, before you do any cleaning or flushing to it. You can drain the water heater first by using a garden hose and getting the water heater drained and flushed. Everything gets dirty. Everything needs a good cleaning. Notice, the rust or clay staining on the water heater?

Do you notice organic growth issues? Would a basement like this concern you, if you were buying or selling the house? Should it concern the buyer or seller?

Do you notice a dirty basement? When you are selling a home, make sure the basement is clean as well as organized and take care of any water damage or mold, that you might have. This can be a big turn-off to someone, who is wanting to buy a home.

When we have water intrusions, like in the above photo, do you think this can attract Termites?

Do you see any handrails on the steps and should there be one? For safety sake, put up a handrail or handrails. We do not want anyone falling. Right?

Could the reason that this basement has a moisture issue, be coming from drainage issues from the outside of the home? Are the outside downspouts being diverted away from the home? Does the home even have downspouts that are being diverted away from the home?

What other issues can you spot or do you notice?

What Do You Know About Glutathione?

What do you know about Glutathione? What is Glutathione? Did you know that your body creates glutathione but the older we get, the more we typically could use to help our body run better and be cleaner as well as help us with aches and pains that we all can suffer, along our journey of life.

Web MD states that Glutathione is a substance that is made from amino acids glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid. It is producd by the liver and and involved in many body processes. It is also involved in tissue building and repair, making chemicals and proteins, that are needed in the body and in the immune system function. This is an entire quote from Web MD.

Did you know that Glutathione is: antioxident, works to help with inflamation, detoxifier of each cell, can rid heavy metals from the body, is a major protector of our immune system, helps with cardiovasular issues, is the bodies first line of protection against environmental chemicals and toxins, counter acts chemical poisioning, removes free radicals from the body, removes heavy metals from the body, can control inflamation, can increase energy, can slow down the aging process, can reduce joint and muscle discomfort, can strengthen the immune system, works with other vitamins that you take for the body and gives you that extra push to help distribute vitamins to your body, can detoxify the liver and cells, can improve brain fog and clarity, can help with anxiety and stress, can help with better performance of organs of the body as well as clean up all organs of the body. Yes, your skin is an organ. Wink.

Below, is my experience with it. My name is David Snell.

Back in June of 2022, I was introduced to Glutathoine by a man by the name of Ronen Brown, out of Las Vegas, Nevada. I bought 2 bottles the first month. 2 bottles the second month, 7 bottles the third month, 7 bottles the fourth month and 50 bottles the fifth month. Upon first intoducing the bottle to my body by mouth and swishing it into my mouth, I noticed a warming sensation going down my right leg. My right leg had issues with pain and suffering for many years and so had my back. I gargled and swished my mouth with this product and within days, I was discovering my right leg and back was feeling so much better. I also have been going to a Chiropractor for some 4 years now and getting an adjustment every month from and I found out by applying this product to my mouth and going to my Chiropractor that both of these things were helping my body heal better and quicker. In essence, it is helping my body with aches and pains.

Another thing that I noticed was that my energy level had increased, I currently have more energy as a 62 year old than I could ever imagine. I feel like the energizer bunny and it has really been beneficial to me as a owner of a small busienss since 1987 called www.ExecutiveRestoration.com

The other thing I noticed about this product is that I sleep better and my sleep is a much deeper sleep than I have ever experienced with any product so far that I have ever been introduced too. I also have to cut my finger nails twice a week, using this product in liquid form.

Circulation issues. I noticed that when I went outside that my hands and feet were not getting cold, as the prior year and I found out that this Glutathoine was assisting my body with better circulation and my body was much happier with better circulation.

As some of you know, my passion is all things Mold related as well as all things Water Damage related. Since, I have been in business, I have been exposed to so much Water Damage and Mold Inspection and Mold Removal concerns for my clients. One of the best ways I can describe this bottle is that this bottle works like detox in a bottle and this product has helped me Detox my body of toxins that my body. We need to rid the body of toxins and since I have been around so much Mold for so many years performing Certified Mold Inspections and Certified Mold Removial, this has been an experience that has cleaned up my body in so many ways. It is also been very helpful of detoxing my body from so many years of drinking alcohol. I did give up all beer, wine and mixed drinks some five years ago though and I am much happier and more financially rewarded not spending my money on any more alcohol. It feels good to be without and not partake in any more beer, wine or mixed drinks. My body sings without the consumption of alcohol and I am able to make better decisions as well as have better control of what I say and do. Giving up all alcohol that I used to drink was one of the best things, I ever did as a man and business owner. Consuming the product has also given me better taste and smell as well as cleaner blood and better blood flow to organs of my body as well as giving me better mobility and better motion of my arms and legs.

Better Bowel Movements. I typically have 3 to 4 per day so this product has helped me rid my body of waste and processes it to get it out of my body. Everyone needs at least 1 Bowel Movement per day and to say that I have 3 to 4 per day is an extra bonus to release unwanted toxins from my body. I have also noticed that my bowel movements are solid, where as before they were loose or runny. I prefer the solid movements and I prefer being healthier that I used to be.

Did you know that if you take prescription drugs, that this can deplete your Glutathoine levels in your body? Did you also know that pain medication also can deplete your Glutathoine levels? Did you also know that smoking can deplete your Glutathoine levels? So, if you take pain killers or you smoke or you take prescription medication, you might want to consider keeping your Glutathoine levels up.

Some of the ways that I use Glutathoine.

Gargle and swish with it and then swallow, For better performance, leave product in my mouth for at least 5 minutes.

Spray the roof of the mouth and all sides of the mouth and under tongue and on top of tonue. I like to spray a couple times per day.

Have you ever heard the expression, make noise to your food, as you eat it?

When I used to live in South Korea. It was proper to make noise as you ate, your food. Whether it was grunting or even expelling wind if the food was good. This was very common. This was done to show the host, that the food is or was good. Can you imagine?

In America, it is considered just plain rude to make noise when you eat food. Why is it rude to make noises in America, while eating food but not considered rude in South Korea? It has to do with culture.

What Have I Done, To Improve My Life?

What Have I Done, To Improve My Life? What have you done to improve your life?I was talking to a friend of mine, who has recently challenged me to write, about what have I done to improve my life? I have been thinking and thinking about this and given it much thought, so here goes.I am also writing this to be totally open about what I have changed in my life for the good. Eating healthy. I care about what I eat and what I drink now. I am finding out that your health and my health is very important or at least, it should be. I cook every day. I cook homemade meals. I rarely eat out, unless I have to. I cook food from scratch and things that are healthy for me. No more fast food for me. I only eat out if I am away from home and I have to eat out and I am on the go.Drink healthy fluids. The days of drinking wine, drinking beer and drinking mixed drinks, are over for me. I am not judging anyone else for partaking in these fluids, but for me, I am done with them. I have been clean for 4 years and six months now and my body is clean and it will stay that way.Taking vitamins/supplements. Figure out what kind of vitamins, your body lacks and start taking the vitamins your body needs. My body was lacking iodine, magnesium and so many others. I feel like a new person taking the vitamins and supplements that my body has lacked for so long. Being real with others. Stop trying to be something that you are not. I used to make myself out to be bigger than I was. I confess. I found out that I do not need to do this anymore. No need to impress anyone. They will find out soon enough on who I am and who you are, soon enough. Time reveals all. You and I just need to be who we are. No need to try to be or act like anyone else. Wink. When someone takes advantage of you. Move on. I am not saying that you have to be friends with that person but be kind and respectful. There is no need to try to get even with him or her. Life has a way of equalizing things. Life has a way of leveling the playing field and the truth has a way of always coming out. Learn from your mistakes. You will repeat your mistakes, over and over again, until you learn from your mistake. Do not look at your mistake as something, that you can not learn from. We all make mistakes but we all choose to either grow or not grow. So, you made a bad business decision. Learn from it and never repeat it again! Challenges. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly challenges. Set challenges to help yourself grow. If you do not challenge yourself, how do hope to grow?Help one another along each other's journey in life. We can all do much more than we are doing now. Can we not? Call one another and get to know one another. Pick up the phone or meet one another and show one another kindness and that you will assist one another.Stop keeping score! People make mistakes. You make mistakes. I make mistakes. Ask for forgiveness from others, when you make a mistake. It takes a real person to ask for forgiveness. Whether the person forgives you is up to him or her.Take a shower or bath daily and clean up your kitchen daily. Even if you do not feel like it. It will make you feel better and your kitchen and your body will love you for it and you will feel so much better and you will definitely smell better. Be informative and stop selling but educate and inform others. Stop being or acting so desperate.Say thank you or no thank you. Say yes mam or no mam and be appreciative of what others do for you. Stop taking people for granted, in what he or she does for you. None of us are entitled to anything that someone does for us. Hug someone at least once a day. You will find, that this does wonders for you. Smile daily. Be positive and have a great attitude. Our attitude in life determines our altitude and how high or low, we will fly in life.Treat others, the way you want to be treated. Be kind one to another. If you treat others poorly or you are disrespectful to him or her, do you really expect others to be respectful of you?Keep a daily journal of what goes on daily or find an application on your phone. I have kept a daily diary/journal since 1978 and it has really helped keep me more organized in life.Drink clean water every day. I try to drink distilled water every day and at least half a gallon. Remember, that there are different kinds of water. Find the water that works for you. I am in no way trying to sell you but just sharing what has helped me in life and trying to be real as well as help others, along their journey. If your life is a mess, clean it up! Be open to change. Be open to trying new things if something is not working for you. Go at it, at a different direction, to achieve the goal of progressing, if that is what you want. The photo is of a BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato) is courtesy of David Snell, who is the owner and operator of Executive Restoration since 1987. www.gotmoldwehavethecure.com

After completion of a Mold Inspection in Troy, North Carolina, the client and I proceeded to the dock area to look at God's beauty, and the above photo was taken to share with others. There were many things that went through my mind. What should I give thanks for? Why are so many wanting more? Why are people not very happy about life when we have so much to be thankful for? For myself, I used to be all about money and I used to be all about work. I have realized that life is so short and to be thankful and give thanks for all things. Not just the big things either. Life brings us many challenges and we can take the challenges and grow from them or remain unchanged and choose not to learn from them. Perhaps this is why we are given challenges and struggles in life. Sometimes we are presented with problems to humble us. For myself, I am thankful I have been humbled in life, and perhaps we all need to be humbled in life. Sometimes, we do not appreciate or are not thankful for all the things that life has given to us. Life has certainly offered me my fair share of struggles but our struggles can strengthen us or defeat us. We can look at problems as something bad or we can look at problems as something good. How do you look at your problems or struggles? Do you look at them as challenges or do you look at your problems as something bad? Perhaps, we all need to reflect on problems as challenges and work on being better people. I know that I have had my share of challenges and they have not been easy but overcoming the challenges has been so helpful to me and has formed me into the person I am today. Is it about perception and really how we choose to view things? I know, when I was bedridden from back issues, that I had so much time to reflect on so many things. Initially, it made me angry and made me feel sorry for myself but this was not constructive at all. Finally, I stopped feeling sorry for myself and did some thing about my back issue. I certainly grew and became more thankful for the times that did not have poor health.https://maps.app.goo.gl/rp4dMv@GkXbDERee9My name is David Snell and I love sharing my heart and thoughts with others.www.gotmoldwehavethecure.comP.S.
Do you know, what is in your tap water?Do you know, how safe your tap water is?Go to www.ewg.orgThen go to the three lines and look for tap water data base. Then type in the zip code that you are in or that you want to check out.I was absolutely shocked, of what is in my tap water. Now, I do have a filter in place that filters the water, before it comes into my house. Do we take cleanliness for granted? I certainly like clean but I had no idea that tap water, had so many chemicals in it. Check out, your zip code for yourself. I would like to suggest to home buyers, that they have the water in the home tested, before the purchase. No, I do not do water testing either. If you do not have the water tested in the home, you could simply buy a water filtering system for the entire house. If your tap water is polluted or contaminated, how does the skin deal with this? These are just some questions to think about.Again, I do not offer water testing nor do I sell water filtering units. David SnellExecutive Restorationwww.gotmoldwehavethecure.comScreen shot is courtesy of EWG.ORG

How Many People, Wash Fruits and Veggies, Before Eating Them?

How many people, do you think, wash their fruits and vegtables, before consuming them?I know quite a number of people, who do not bother to wash their fruits and vegetables, before consuming them! Nasty, huh?Another thing. Just because the packaging states, that the fruit or veggies or salad is prewashed, you might want to wash it anyway, if you want peace of mind and you want to make good and sure it is clean, before it goes down the hatch. So, let us get started. Some of the things, you will need are: 1. white distilled vinegar.2. baking soda3. dish washing liquid soap. I use Dawn.4. a sink or bucket or container to put your ingredients in. 5. warm water. 6. add your veggies and fruits to the container or sink and mix everything up, that I have listed above. I like to add in my ingredients first and then just kick back and watch the bubbling action as the above products, started to work on my fruits and vegetables and start the cleaning process. Do not be concerned about the bubbling action. This is normal. 7. let your fruits or veggies soak for at least 30 minutes. I have let mine sit for at least one hour, on ocasions.8. after the soaking process, rinse all your fruits and veggies with cool water. I would suggest soaking again in clean fresh water and then rinsing.9. a squeeze or two of lime juice or lemon juice.I have performed this procedure for years. Do not perform this if you are not interested in clean fruits and veggies. Or, you trust the farmer or grocery store. Think of all the chemicals and dirt, that many people eat, who do not clean there veggies or fruits before consuming. Wink. My name is David Snell and I love cooking and baking. I cook dishes from all over the world, since I have lived and traveled, all over the world. Clean food is important to me and so is healthy food. I rarely go out to eat anymore because I got sick as well as worms, so as you can see, I want things clean. Detoxing from worms and parasites will be in a future article so stay tuned. Lol. You never know, what you are eating in restaurants. We never know, what is going on in the kitchen, do we?I have been in business since 1987 and I enjoy writing to educate and inform. I am not here to sell or try to sell.Sincerely, David Snellwww.gotmoldwehavethecure.com704-545-0098Yes, this is really the water, after cleaning my fruits and veggies. Of course, I threw the dirty water away. Wink.

Life can be about relationships but not all relationships, are healthy and not all relationships are worth having!Have you ever been in any kind of relationship that was not healthy or is not healthy? Did you stay in it? Did you leave it? I see a lot of people in relationships that are just not healthy. Have you ever wondered why people stay in relationships, that are not healthy or even safe? Do people stay in relationships out of security? Do they stay in relationships out of fear or financial reasons? People stay in relationships for many reasons. Some of the reasons, people stay in them, are quite shocking to me. How many reasons can you list, why do some folks stay in relationships, even if they happen to be unhealthy? Are you in any kind of relationship, that is unhealthy? If you are, work on doing something about it. No, I am not trying to be a therapist to anyone but think about what you are doing and what you are in and determine if any relationship that you are in, are healthy or unhealthy. I see so many people who are together and I wonder, how they really do behind closed doors if they are creating a scene and fighting in public. Why are so many in relationships, that are not happy? In the past 4 years, I have walked away from quite a few unhealthy relationships. I wish them well but I choose to not be around him or her anymore, for various reasons. When we know that someone is unhealthy for us and unhealthy to us, you want to either limit your exposure to him or her or just stay away from this person or persons, altogether! Are some relationships, really worth having? Stay away from unhealthy people at all costs or at least, limit your exposure to him or her. Not everyone is healthy to be around. Kind of like Mold and Fungus. Mold and Fungus can be good and bad. They both have there good, bad and ugly side to them. Life is important and so is your time. Stay away from Toxic People! Stay away from people who do not build you up and who will be supportive of you. Sure, life can be messy as well as some relationships but learn to stay away from relationships that are not healthy and that are toxic to you. It might be hard to stay away from those relationships at first but in time, you will see how important it is and it will be for you, to do this. Your sanity and your emotional health, should be very important to you. Is it?Relationships are important but toxic or unhealthy relationships can destroy people. Learn to spot the toxic people in your life and stay away from unhealthy people. My name is David Snell.
Does This, Look Like Rag Weed or Golden Rod, To You?

I had some weeds in my back yard and I was going to cut them down. I was going to cut them down because they looked ugly but I thought to myself, why not give these weeds a chance to prove themself to me and so, I did. I was certainly glad I did not cut them down because these are what the weeds look like. They are simply beautiful. In life, sometimes we do not give things the opportunity to prove themself to us and so we never know. Wow! Am I ever glad that I did not cut down the weeds because Bumble Bees and regular Bees and Yellow Jackets have really enjoyed the pollen from the Golden Rod that gets as tall as 10 to 12 feet tall? Bees and Mold Removal CharlotteI have enjoyed taking numerous photos of the insects who have been feasting on the weeds and I am so glad I kept the weeds. Although, my Hay Fever and allergies have really been active and acting up so I had to go to the drug store and get some allergy relief. An Antihistamine. So, for the past week, I have had to take a pill to make my life more bearable and so I would not be sneezing every five minutes and having a nose that acts like it wants to run a marathon. Lol. Did you know that Bees do not like Mold and if the moisture in the beehive gets elevated, Mold can grow? Did you know that bees use their wings for air circulation to fan away moisture from the beehive so mold is least likely to grow and that usually when there is mold in a beehive it means that there are just not enough bees to fan the beehive and to keep it aired out and the air circulated and mold can tend to grow? Did you know that if a beehive ever gets mold that you should not use bleach on it? Just remove the honeycombs and let them dry out and put air on them or put them out in the sun. Get the combs dried out and then put the combs back in the colony and the bees will clean things up. Do Not use bleach under any circumstances on the beehive unless you want to kill the bees. I learned this from a beekeeper. Remember if beehives get humid enough and there are not enough bees or the bees are not doing their job of fanning the combs, you could have and might just get Mold in the beehive and we do not want this.If you have a wild beehive on your property, do not kill them. Call a professional in to take the bees as well as get the wild honey and combs and transport them to another location if you fear bees. Bees are precious and we do not need to harm or kill the bees. Bees are our friends but unless you are a professional, do not get too close to them and do not provoke them unless you want to take the chance of getting stung. Bees do not bother me but I certainly do not want to get stung. Wink.My name is David Snell and I am very passionate about all things Water Damage and Mold Removal related. For more information, please go to my web site and take a view or call me at:David Snell704-545-0098 landline704-905-9152 cell phone with texting for faster servicewww.ExecutiveRestoration.com

What Are Some Ways You Cope With Everyday Stress and Turmoil?

How many of you are tired of all the everyday stress, from all this nationwide turmoil, we are currently experiencing? Who is ready for it to end? What do you think is creating all this turmoil? Some things that have helped me, that I wanted to share with you. First, have no fear. Showing fear and panic does nothing to help others or yourself. Try to remain calm and take deep breaths. Take deep breaths and then exhale. Do this every minute for about five minutes. In and out. In, out. In and out. Breath in and breath out. Take a deep breath and then exhale. Continue for five minutes. This exercise really helps me.Try not to let others upset or provoke you. Some people know how to push the buttons of others, that is for sure. Do not allow others to pull your trigger or get you riled up. Do not give others power over you. Stay away from others if you do not get along with them or go to him or her and try to work things out. Or, just stay away from certain people if you have to. Realize that even though life is not as it used to be and America is going through many changes, to just try to relax and realize that things have a way of working out. They may not be the way we want things to work out, but things do have a way of working out, eventually. Be it a good or bad solution. Do not give up. Giving up and having a nervous breakdown, solves nothing but a good cry from time to time, which is very therapeutic. Men, it is ok to tear up and cry from time to time. Men have much to learn from women. Women know how to cry more than men and know how to release their tears easier than men, from what I see and what I have seen.Talk to others to release some anger, either on the phone or in-person or through a computer visual call. I talk to many people weekly on the phone and realize that many are going through so much and if I just listen more and be more caring, this is so much appreciated by others. You might want to even consider getting counseling if you feel like things are getting out of hand and you are not coping very well. We can all use a caring ear, at times, and someone who will show he or she cares about us. Remember, we are all going through things. Some are doing better, than others.Realize, that life is about change. Sometimes, things change, whether we want them to change or not. Change can be good or bad. It depends on our viewpoint of the change. Change can be very stressful. Be kind to yourself and be kind to others and be respectful. Even if you are having a difficult day. If you snap at someone, be willing to apologize to that person if you gave someone chewing out. We are all human and we all make mistakes. I make many but I have learned how to apologize when I make a mistake and make the mistake right.Exercise your mind and body daily. Both need a workout. Eat and drink healthy. Try to eat home-cooked meals and stay away from fast foods, if you can.Write down things that you are thankful for. I do this weekly to put down on paper, the things I have to be appreciative of.Try to be more forgiving and understanding and realize that everyone is going through a difficult time. Ask others for help, when and if you need it.Get out of your house or home, at least weekly. Even if it is just going for a walk. Plant a garden or have inside plants to take care of. Spend as much time with family as you can and love one another and show each other, that you care and want what is best for one another. End of suggestions and ideas that have helped me. This message has been brought to you by David Snell and is just some things that have helped me. I am in no way telling you to do these things but only what has worked or works for me currently.Smell something Musty? Smell Mold? Have You Had Water Damage to Your home and smell something unusual? Have Smoke Damage? Have issues with odors creeping up into the home from the crawl space? Smell Some Thing Unusual or Need Indoor Air Tested For Mold?

Which Is Quicker In Drying Clothes? Electric Or, Gas Dryer?

Which is Quicker in Drying Clothes? Gas or Electric?Which dryer is quicker to dry clothes?I have both but want to see, what you think the answer is.Also, some helpful tips about your dryer that many may not know and might want to be aware of.I see so many homes as I inspect for Mold or perform Mold Inspections. I see so many issues with dryers that are not properly cleaned out. The duct from the dryer to the outside of the house, is many times plugged up. This creates more humidity on the inside of the house if the duct or line from the dryer or dryers is not maintained and cleaned. This is very important and this can also create a fire hazard if this is not done on a regular basis. After every drying, do not forget to clean out the lint trap. If you do not clean the lint trap, you will create your dryer to work harder and you also might be inviting a fire to occur to your dryer. Think Clean. From time to time, get a HEPA Vacuum cleaner and vacuum out the lint trap and take out the lint filter and lint trap. This occurs from drying clothes and is normal but you have to keep it clean and maintained. So, which is quicker? Which dryer, does a better job at drying the quickest?Let's see your opinion or what you think.David SnellOwner and Operator of Executive Restoration. Established in 1987,704-545-0098

So, what is a Himalayan Salt Lamp?Well, it is a lamp that is inside a block of salt. The heat from the light creates, what it does to the air. What does the salt lamp create? The salt lamp creates negative ions, that create indoor air particles to clump together and fall to the floor of the home. Either on the carpet or the hard surface floor. The weight of the floor causes them to fall to the floor and then you easily vacuum up these particles. Things like smoke, chemical odors, carbon monoxide, and other things like viruses, bacterial, and Mold. Mold Removal to the rescue. Mold Removal Charlotte or any other city or town that you live in. They are great for respiratory issues or ailments as well as headaches and infections. By the way, I have 3 in my home and they work wonders. They are also good for bathrooms and odor and people who have issues passing gas. So, if you know of anyone who passes gas, buy them a salt lamp. Do yourself a favor as well as the person who has issues with gas. Got Gas? Got Mold? Got Indoor Odor Issues? To clean the salt lamp, do not put water on it or it will start to dissolve. Do not put it underwater or emerse water unless you are trying to reduce the size of the salt block. You will also need to change the light bulb when it burns out. I have had my salt lamps for years and if you take care of the lamp, they will last you for years. They create IONS and IONS are compounds that carry a charge because they have an unbalanced number of protons or electrons. Have you ever noticed the smell or odor when it rains or when there is a flash of lightning or a thunderstorm? Some of the ways, they have helped me are the following ways.Air QualityMood BoosterAmbient Light and very romanticExcellent night light or backup lightingThe light is very sexy.I do not sell these lamps but you can pick them up for under $50.00 as of Sept. 2021.My name is David Snell and I am the owner and operator of Executive Restoration and my passion is WATER DAMAGE and what it can create. Welcome to Mold Country, if you do not get your water damage dried out properly. This message is endorsed by David Snell who loves to write articles to educate others as well as inform on what works for me and what has helped me and so I relay what works or what has worked for me. I am here to also, play show and tell. Who likes Bacon?Who does not like Bacon? How do you like your Bacon, cooked?I cooked this bacon on a rack and put it in the oven for preparation. The bacon was yummy and it did real well in my tummy. Wink. As some of you know, or might not know, I just love to cook and create new dishes as well as try new cooking procedures and techniques. In the above photo, I have 2 sets of bacon that I put on a rack and put in the oven for about 45 minutes. I also cooked red potatos with it and it turned out very crispy and very good. It made some wonderful bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches. In the past, I have just cooked my bacon on top of my gas stove and the grease would some times make a mess, The oven technique works much better and there was no mess and it also tasted better, in my opinion. I added a lot of spices to the bacon on the rack and I cooked the bacon in my gas oven.I get asked all the time, David, what do I do if I get Mold growing on my food?www.ExecutiveRestoration.comWhen you get Mold growing on your food, you have a couple of simple options.1/ throw it away 2/ cut off the Mold growth3/ just cook the mold on the food4/ what you choose to do is up to you but I have used and done a number of these options, depending on how bad the growth is.My name is David Snell and I am the owner and operator of Executive Restoration and I am based out of Mint Hill but I travel all over North Carolina and South Carolina and Virginia to assist others with Inspections and there water damage issues and performing Mold Removal, if they need assistance.Mold Inspection and Mold Removal assistance Charlotte N.C.If you have any questions or concerns, about all things Water Damage or Mold Related, holla at me. I will be most happy to discuss, your issue with you or some questions, you might have.David Snell704-545-0098In business since 1987

How Would It Feel, To Walk In The Shoes Of Another?

How Would It feel, if we had to walk in someone else's shoes? I am writing this about someone very special. Her name is Lady Darline Griffin. This is her story. I am doing this to get her story out. I have been approved to share her story via email and text. She has a very moving story. This is about a woman who is endured so much and never gives up. This story is about her challenges and struggles and how she has managed to survive and help others, during her challenges and struggles. I very much admire lady Darline and I call her often to check on her. Her life and her testimony help me and others realize, there is hope and there is life, even though she has gone through so much. Lady Darline is a woman of wisdom and who helps so many, even though she has her daily struggles and challenges. Below is her story that I am getting ready to share with you. I am sharing her story with you to help others realize, that there is life, through our pain and our challenges and struggles through life. Lady Darline became disabled in the year 2,000 She did everything her doctors told her to do until it almost killed her. In 2009 she became a diabetic and she had to change her lifestyle and she made up her mind to stop listening to prescription happy doctors. She started learning about processed foods we buy in stores as well as the bottled water, we buy in stores. She planted a garden and lady Darline saved her life. For the first year, she ate only the vegetables she planted in her garden and she actually reversed her diabetes and she became prediabetic within a year. The water she drank from bottles from the store, was making her feel bloated, so she started studying water about the water she drank and the good, the bad, and the ugly about water. She found Kangen Water and it really helps keep her hydrated, while the other water she was drinking was keeping her dehydrated, and some of the water she was drinking, she found out, was actually toxic to her body. She purchased her first Kangen Water Machine in 2014 and it became her go-to machine for everything. She found out her new machine produces 7 different types of water and she found a machine for all the different types of water, for various applications and circumstances. One type of water to clean with. One to sterilize surfaces with, one to soften skin, one to stay hydrated with, and one to even kill bacteria and viruses with and within 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes with. Her newfound machine saves Lady Darline over one thousand dollars per year and she is so happy with her new water machine. Water means life. Clean water means better living and cleaner living. Lady Darline is very active and she needed energy. All the prescriptions she was on were slowing, killing her and she did not want to die. Not yet! She has too much to live for. She is very limited to what she can eat, because much of the food, these days, is so unhealthy for us, that we eat. She started to become a zombie and she was sleeping 24 hours a day and sometimes 7 days a week because of all the medication she was on and she did not like this, nor did she want to be a toxic dumping ground for chemicals, that her doctors were telling to funnel into her body. She got on natural foods and non-GMO products called THRIVE. She takes 3 simple steps every morning and it changed her life and it continues to change her life. THRIVE gives her exactly what she needs, every day of the week. She takes this to fill all the nutritional gaps. On her days, that she does not eat 3 balanced meals, she knows that she can count on THRIVE to get all her needed vitamins and the minerals she needs. It also consists of a patch you put on your body that gets into your body from the daily patch and it gets into your bloodstream with no fuss. It is wearable nutrition and the added bonus is that she gets it at no charge for being so supportive of THRIVE and because she believes in what she takes. It works for her, as it does for many. Lady Darline became basically homeless when she was disabled and had to wait on getting her disability started. She was planning on retirement at 40 years of age but not disability. Being disabled, she got some assistance and it was $750.00 a month. I had to learn to live on this amount. It was not easy but I learned and adapted. My experiences have taught me a lot in life and a lot about life. Lady Darline now helps feed the homeless and families in need. Life happens and we do not need to judge why people are a certain way. We never know about anyone until we have to walk in their shoes, in life. Sometimes, this is what people need to do, to understand, where someone is coming from and what they are having to endure. We all have different walks and we all have to learn how to survive. Sometimes, we have to go through hardship and experience the very, very bad and ugly. For example, how would people feel to lose their family at 20 years old? What pain and suffering would they feel then. I hope no one has to endure the pain and physical suffering I have had to endure.Let's stop judging one another states Lady Darline and let's start caring about one another to show one another that we can care about one another and should care about one another. Sharing means caring about one another. Caring about one another means, stop what you are doing and showing others that they matter. We all matter. All lives matter! You matter! I matter. We all matter and we all should matter to one another but do we? Even though I have had to endure these things, God has been good to me and now I have a better understanding of others. I listen more and I care about others more. I give my time to the needy and show others that I care when many others do not or will not. I have been walked on by many, probably like we all have been walked on and taken advantage of but I am a survivor. I feel a person's pain and loneliness and just want to take in so many under my wings and teach them to fly. I am only one person and I can only do so much as well as only help so many in life and I have learned valuable lessons about life, this I assure you. In closing, I want to say, I am grateful for being disabled now, but I was not always like this. I used to have such anger. We all have our disabilities in life. Yes, all of us. I pray this will help others, not to judge one another but be a testimony to help one another more in life. I pray that more will reach out to help one another more in life. A phone call. A card. A friendly visit. Writing a story about someone who has a story to share and just caring about others more in life. Life is messy at times. We have all been a mess in life and some are still a mess in life. Love one another and help one another. We need to stop seeing so many trying to take from one another and see more who are giving to one another. We can all make a difference and yes, we all matter and yes, it takes all of us. We all can be givers in life. We can all give unto others in some way. Our time, A cooked meal. A phone call. Shelter, Water. Clothes. Giving is much more rewarding than taking. Become a better giver, in life. We all need to give unto one another and all showing giving. My name is David Snell and I am writing things about others and to share their testimony with others, in hope that their testimony will be a blessing to others. Lady Darline is a precious person, who has a servant's heart. She has a heart of gold. We all need to shine like stars. Sometimes, we need others to help us shine, like the stars we are. Lady Darline is a star! The star you are, lady Darline. Do not give up! You can do it. Be all you can be and then a little more. The moral of this story should be that we should all be kind to one another and we never know, when we will find ourselves walking in the shoes of others in life. So, let us all be kind and caring toward one another and love one another and be better givers.Darline Griffin has a website and it is. http://www.darlinegriffin.thrive123.com My name is David Snell and I am most passionate about helping others and serving others. My passion is networking and writing articles to inform and educate others. I am also into all things Water and Mold related. All Things Relating to Water Damage and Mold RemovalSincerely,David Snell

What does this look like to you?If you are trying to sell your house, this will definitely turn some people off. Remove the air conditioner from the crawl space door. Unless of course, you are trying to ruin the sale of your home and trying to sell your home.If you guessed an air conditioner, you guessed correctly. An air conditioner in a Crawl Space Door, at that. 😉 When I got to this inspection, I was like, what? I could hardly believe my eyes. The crawl space vents were open and not closed. So, do you think this was helping? The homeowner was trying to sell his house. When I saw this, I had to inform and educate the homeowner that this, might turn off, a buyer.I would not recommend this at all. Just open your crawl space vents and get some air circulating in the crawl space and figure out, what is creating the moisture issue and clean up the Mold.Charlotte Mold Removalwww.executiverestoration.com

What is outside, Water Intrusion? How do you get it?This is a job, that I got from a homeowner, who used another restoration company, who did not take care of his Water Intrusion. He had water coming from the outside of the home to the inside of the home. The other company did not correct the issue and I had to completely redo the job and correct the issue. I asked the homeowner, why he did not call the other restoration company to make it right and he said he did not have time to deal with the other company and for me just to make the problem go goodbye and so I did. I had to completely remove sheetrock and insulation in the wall cavity and clean the wall cavity as well as seal the outside window area, where water was coming into the home. Also, known as Water Intrusion. While I was there, I sealed the other windows as well. When Life gets Messy or someone else makes a mess of a job, clean it up and correct the issue or else, you will continue to have issues.MOLD REMOVALCharlotte Mold Removal By Executive Restoration LLC WATER DAMAGE

Have You, Ever Wondered, If The Storm, Will Ever Pass?

Who can relate to this? What does this photo and saying, mean to you? To me, it means, that we will all have difficulties in our lives and for us all to make the best of things. Life is not easy at times but do not give up. Realize that things have a way of working out. It may not be the way, you want things to work out, but things have a way of working themselves out, most of the time. Have you ever had any circumstances in your life, where you were going through trials and difficulties and the storm, never passed? Sooner or later, storms pass. They may not be when you want them to pass, but they pass, sooner or later. We all have difficulties in life and we all go through difficult times. Do not let anyone tell you any differently. Even the people in your life, who seem to have their act together, go through difficult times. In other words, no matter what may happen in your life, just continue moving forward and do the very best you can, on a daily basis. Do we all make mistakes? Absolutely. Do we all learn? Some learn quicker than others. Why do the same problems continue to reoccur? Perhaps, this is life teaching us that we did not learn enough and that we need to go through the same thing again. I know, I can relate to this. I learned that being bedridden, was a feeling of helplessness but I survived it. Not, once. Not twice but three times. I have learned to keep moving forward in life and work on relationships and learn from my mistakes or not only to forgive myself but be forgiving to others. So, how do we deal with difficult times? Be part of a support group or call others, who care about you. Be part of social platforms and talk about things with others. Let others know that you care about them. Pick up the phone and reach out to others and just let others know, that you are thinking of him or her. I do this, quite often. I call others and leave a message and just let them know, I am thinking about him or her and let them know, that he or she is in my prayers. You see, even though you may not get a callback, this means so much to others, that you are showing you care. Send a card, send flowers. Just let others know that you have him or her in your thoughts, during this difficult time of hardship and that the storm will pass. Whether you get a callback or not, you are still letting others know, you are thinking about him or her. That is most important. All of us have storms in our life, that we go through or experience. Sometimes we just need to play in the rain and enjoy the rain and realize all storms will pass, in time. Another thing, I could be doing more of is playing in the rain and on Active Rain more and writing helpful articles to motivate and inspire others during our unusual days and unusual times. Maybe you are not encountering any storms in your life now. Maybe, you have had to deal with storms in the past. Just know this, sooner or later, we will all experience storms in our life. I remember there is a time to cry, a time to laugh, a time to rejoice, a time to learn. A time to forgive and so much more. Try not to worry. Most of the things we worry about do not materialize or come to fruition. In your times of worry and hardship, try not to make major decisions in your life, that could impact your life. Ever heard the saying, Haste, makes waste. Do not be too hasty in your decision-making. Do not make decisions when you are emotional either. I have learned to ride the waves as they approach. Even if that means riding one wave, after another. Look at the surfer. He or she waits on the perfect wave to ride in. He or she waits on the wave, that looks great. Look at the ocean. You see the waves coming into shore. You see those waves continuing to come and crash onto the shore. Sooner or later, those waves will stop. Those waves will cease to be waves and be really calm. In closing, I want to add one last thing. Learn from your challenges and struggles and your mistakes and keep playing in the rain and continue with life. Sometimes, life is very messy. Sometimes, we do not get our way but learn from it and grow from it. We all choose to grow or not grow. This choice is ours. Learn or not learn.I also want to thank Active Rain, for such a great platform to share our stories and photos with as well as help inspire and motivate, one another, as well as help, educate one another on what we do and offer and what is for sale for properties and services. This message is approved by David Snell, who is the owner and operator.WWW.EXECUTIVERESTORATION.COMI got this photo and saying from a mobile platform, called CANVA.

How Many Ways, Can We Use Honey? Has anyone ever told you, what was in honey? Who is ready to learn some things about Honey? Not money. But, Honey. Smiles. Winks. Let us get started.Did you know that bees make honey? Did you also know that there are about 320 different varieties of honey? Did you also know that honey has amino acids and is an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory agent? Did you also know that honey has iron, zinc, and minerals and so much more in it? Honey is also an antibacterial agent and it is also good for coughs and can help with burns and helps to promote healing within the body. It is good for so many things. It is also a natural sweetener and you can put it in foods to cook with as well as tea and coffee as well as so many deserts such as milkshakes and so much more. The sky is endless when it comes to all the many uses honey has. Personally, I like honey that comes off the comb and is in the jar with the comb because I love chewing on the bee's wax and it is very good to chew on. Did you also know that honey is good for Neurological diseases? This means that it is also an antidepressant and has anti-anxiety benefits as well as helping to assist with memory disorders. It also assists with diarrhea issues. Kind of nasty eh? It is also good to help you rehydrate your body. Did you also know, that it assists with heart disease? ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE HONEY TO BABIES UNDER THE AGE OF 1 YEAR OF AGE. This can create what is referred to as infant botulism and is caused by exposure to Clostridium Botulinum spores. The bacteria from the spores can grow and quickly multiply in the baby's intestines as well as produce something that you do not want for the baby and that is a very dangerous toxin according to the Mayo Clinic.Did you also know that some people are allergic to honey and it could be dangerous to those who are allergic to it? Find out if you are allergic to honey if you have your doubts. For some, it can create the below.WheezingAsthmaNauseaVomitingWeakness of the bodyA lot of perspiring of the skinFainting or fainting spellsIrregular heart rhythmsStinging in some if used topically. This is according to the Mayo Clinic at: www.MayoClinic.orgDavid Snell, who is the owner and operator www.ExecutiveRestoration.comwww.GotMoldWeHaveTheCure.Comalso uses honey, in his coffee and tea and loves to put it on, about everything, he cooks. I like honey being used for a variety of things and I love the way it tastes. I was told, the more honey I consume, the sweeter, I will become. Wink. Smiles. When buying honey, make sure you are buying 100 percent honey. If it is not 100 percent honey, you do not want it. You do not want any additives or fillers in the honey. There are jars on the market that have fillers in them. Look for the one hundred percent honey kind. You might want to stay away from imported honey and there is a good reason too. There are those bottles of jars that have and use other chemicals in the bottles and this is referred to as "honey Laundering". Believe it or not, there are bottles or jars on the market that are impure or even mislabel honey according to www.realsimple.com Did you also know that honey is a great probiotic and is also very good for sinus infections and boils when the honey is applied to the boil or even to a burn to help with the healing process. Help your body and take honey to help your body in its healing. I have taken honey for years and I am a big believer in honey. Did you also know that honey will last a long time. Buy honey now and you can keep it indefinitely. Did you know that honey has been found that is thousands of years old? It might crystalize on you but you can always warm up the honey and it usually will take its natural shape again. Honey can be applied to:ToastIce CreamFoods you cookHoney in your coffee or teaHoney on wounds or burnsHoney can also be used for your honey to-do list. What things do you apply your honey to or do you use with honey?David Snell

Have you ever heard, of Squirrels creating Water Damage Or Mold? Squirrels can create so much havoc in and around the home but I still feed them and watch them daily, from my big picture window. Squirrels can be very destructive and can find ways into your Crawl Space and Attic areas. Some people choose not to feed them because it causes and attracts more squirrels to your home. I even know people who shoot the squirrels and trap the squirrels to get rid of them. I would not do this because I love squirrels but some people just do not care for squirrels.Did you know that Squirrels can chew the insulation off the electrical wires and allowing the wiring to short out? Did you also know that Squirrels can and do chew water lines that are plastic that hook up to the refrigerator and can cause not only WATER DAMAGE but MOLD if you are not aware of what is going on? Did you also know that Squirrels can hide in the insulation in a CRAWL SPACE and nest in the crawl space insulation? I had an experience, where the squirrels chewed up my water line to my refrigerator and this created a water leak, and this created Mold to grow, in my crawl space. The water was running for days. I just repaired the issue and got rid of my water line to the refrigerator. They also urinated in the insulation and this created a Mold issue. When this happens, you need to remove and replace the insulation. Make sure you treat the area, where the urine is, in the crawl space, before you reinsulate the crawl space area. Use a pre-treatment for the squirrel urine issue, because if you do not pre-treat the area, you may have an awful smell from these rodents. Once upon a time, I had a client, who had a terrbile smell coming from her crawl space. Upon further investigation, I found squirrels who were hiding in her crawl space insulation and who had nested there as well as urinated all over some of her floor joists insulation as well as deficated. It was nasty. EWWWW. It was nasty and Ewww did it ever smell. So, can you also get Mold growing on your insulation from urine? Well, there was Mold on her insulation and it was wet and did it smell as well as being wet. Please tell us your squirrel story. Who has a story you want to tell about Squirrels or even birds. Bird story or Squirrel story?WWW.EXECUTIVERESTORATION.COMGot Squirrels? Got Mold?
